Description

This proposal is to establish and fund an Umee Validator DAO for one quarter. An Umee Validator DAO can help decentralize the decision making process on all matters related to Umee Validators - most specifically Umee Foundation delegation decisions.

11 members of the Umee validator community will volunteer to serve on the Umee Validator DAO each quarter on a first-come-first-served basis following the closure of delegation applications. Each committee member will be paid a flat rate of 15,000 UMEE for their work at the end of a quarter.

Vote “Yes” on this proposal to signal support for the formation of an Umee Validator DAO.

Vote “No” on this proposal if you do not wish to support the formation of an Umee Validator DAO.
