Proposal to delist Assets: SFRXETH, CBETH, LUNA, CMST, and SOMM from Umee Token Registry

This proposal seeks to delist the following assets: SFRXETH, CBETH, LUNA, CMST, and SOMM, within the Umee Token Registry. Once delisted, these assets will no longer be available for supply or borrowing. Existing loans can still be repaid, and previously supplied assets can still be withdrawn. If any of the listed assets have a supply balance of zero, they will be removed from the token registry entirely. Please vote 'Yes' if you support this proposal, and 'No' if you oppose it.
