Fund a Community DAO for One Quarter

This is a signaling proposal to fund a Community DAO for one quarter (October 17th - December 31st).\n\nA Community DAO can be used to incentivize and reward community members who submit valuable contributions including but not limited to educational content, community support, and translations.\n\nShould this proposal pass:\n - 20,000,000 UMEE from the community treasury will be used to incentivize and reward contributors who make valuable contributions to the Umee community;\n - The UMEE token equivalent of 23,500 USD will be used to fund the Community DAO Committee for their work over the course of the quarter;\n - Any unused funds will be rolled over into the next quarter or returned to the community treasury should the DAO be dissolved after one quarter;\n - The Umee core team will handle all token disbursements as directed by the Community DAO Committee.\n\nVote Yes on this proposal if you support the use of funds from the community treasury to fund a Community DAO for one quarter.\nVote No on this proposal if you do not support the use of funds from the community treasury to fund a Community DAO for one quarter.\n\nComplete Community DAO Program Details: https://umeeversity.umee.cc/governance/community-dao/ \nCommunity DAO Discussion Thread: https://gov.umee.cc/discussion/7068-fund-a-community-dao-for-one-quarter
