Description
If passed, this governance proposal will increase max validators to 120 from current 100.
In the days since the start, those who have not been in genesis have had time to run their validators and attract delegations. After the genesis validators (95 in total) got their delegations from the team, many of non-genesis validators were moved to inactive set. I think it would be good to expand active set a bit so that more non-genesis validators could participate as well
